STORE POLICY: Guarantee: Health, sex, genetics & live arrival are guaranteed as long as someone is able to sign for the package at time of delivery. Any problems or concerns must be reported within 72 hours of transaction.

DOA: Any DOA must be reported within 3 hours of delivery. We request a video of you opening the box and showing of the snake to be provided a full refund of the DOA Snake if you cannot provide the video all refunds will be voided.

SHIPPING: Shipping is done through shipyourreptiles. All shipments will be delivered to a fedex hub and held for pick up. We will not ship if temps are below 50° or above 90° so we will hold until better weather conditions. We only ship Tuesday and Wednesdays only. Local pick up is available we are located in California 91601 area. Shipping Rate is based on location and will be additional payment.(please contact for more information)

PAYMENT OPTIONS: Cash, Zelle/Bank Transfer.

PAYMENT PLANS: 25% Down Non refundable. We can work out a 30-60 day payment plan only depending on the payment.
